This Privacy Policy describes how PharmaForce International, Inc. (“PharmaForce”,
“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information of users of this

Client Portal (the “Portal”). We periodically update this Privacy Policy and reserve
the right to change the provisions of this Policy or our privacy practices at any time.
We encourage you to review this site periodically and we will alert you that changes
have been made by updating the Effective Date of the Policy. Your use of the Site or
the Portal constitutes consent to any changes in this Policy as in effect on the date of
such use.
Your Rights to Access Your Personal Information
You have the right to access personal information about you that
PharmaForce has collected by sending a request for access to info.pfi@pharmaforce.biz. You can also request that we correct or delete any
such information by sending an email to the same address. To verify that the
request is authentic, we may require that such request be sent from the email
address associated with your personal information. While we will comply
reasonably and promptly with your request, we may need to retain some of
your information for our own recordkeeping or to fulfill a legal obligation.
PharmaForce’s clients use the Portal to access reports prepared for the client
by PharmaForce, and/or access the Global Deployment Analyzer in order to
run queries. If your information was collected by one of PharmaForce’s
clients or some other third party, you must contact that third party with any
questions or concerns about its use of your information. That third party’s
privacy practices may differ from those of PharmaForce. This Policy is not
intended to supersede or govern the privacy policies and practices of
PharmaForce’s clients or any other third party.
If you are a subscriber to PharmaForce’s Portal, you may correct, update, or
remove your information by making the change on your user account settings
page, or by emailing our Customer Support Team at
info.pfi@pharmaforceintl.com. If you cannot provide a business email address to
verify that you are currently employed by the business subscribing to one of
our internet-based services, access to these services may be limited or
unavailable.
What is personal information?
Personal information means information that specifically identifies an
individual person, such as name, business mailing address, business email
address, business phone number, or account number. It may also include
other information about you, such as gender, date of birth, or other demographic information, or about your use of the Site or the Portal, such as
IP address, if that other information is linked to your personal information.

- If you sign up for PharmaForce’s service, request a demo, or request
information about services, PharmaForce may require you to register by

password to login to our Portal.
- If you become a client of PharmaForce, we may collect your name,
business email address, business phone number, and other business
related information. PharmaForce may create your username and
password or you may be asked to create a username and password to
login to our Portal.
- If you apply for a job with PharmaForce, we may ask you to provide more
detailed and sensitive personal information required for compliance with
our hiring and equal opportunity policies and practices.
- Our website includes social media features, such as links to our LinkedIn
and Twitter pages. Your interactions with these features are governed by
the privacy policy of the company providing it.
- Your name, business email address, business phone number, and other
business related information may be collected from third party services.

industry events or meetings.

How PharmaForce Protects Personal Information
PharmaForce follows generally accepted standards to protect personal
information and information submitted by our clients, both during transmission
and once we receive it. Personal data is secured electronically and not
stored physically on-site. Personal data is protected via a firewall and
passwords.
Personal information provided to PharmaForce by its clients remains the
property of its clients. We do not disseminate personal information to anyone.
In addition, none of our products make this information available to third
parties through their normal function.
